HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
DUE TO COVID-19 OUR SHIPPING TIMES ARE DELAYED BY 1-2 WEEKS.
Delivery takes 3-4 weeks and in peak seasons up to 6 weeks. This is because we quality check absolutely everything, and in high volume periods this takes longer for us to process. At SuperPaws, we partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products, at such a great price.
If you are unhappy with the lead times, please contact one of our representatives and they will give you a full refund or cancel your order for you! We want our customers to be happy.
For CUSTOM pieces: Immediately after you’ve placed an order, your pet's image is sent to one of our artists. Please allow 5-7 days for the design to be completed, and another 3-4 days for the product to be shipped. On average, you can expect 2-4 weeks delivery time from when you’ve placed your order to the time you receive your very own custom-made item. During the peak season, due to high demand, it can take up to 4-5 weeks for the delivery of your item. If in doubt please consult the customer service at help: supports@vip.126.com
